Nick’s place was perfect! Described as shown in photos, extremely clean, and well maintained, perfect distance to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Five stars all day long! Thanks Nick!

Absolutely amazing host and place to stay. It was the perfect get away for my little family! We had such a great time here and nick was a fantastic host an was very nice and helpful! The home was beautiful an so was the scenery

It was my last spring break as a senior in high school and Nick exceeded my expectations!!! I loved this home! It was extremely peaceful and just minutes from the beach. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. 100% will come back to this amazing home!

From booking to checkout, Nick was a great host. He was very responsive, and every message was clear, helpful, and full of useful information that made our stay easy and enjoyable.
We truly enjoyed the condo and the amenities. The pool and hot tub were big hits with my kids, and the short walk to the beach was a huge plus. One thing we really appreciated was that the walk has very little traffic and you don’t have to cross major roads like you would staying somewhere right off Highway 98.
Tacky Jacks 2 is an easy walk and was a great spot for breakfast. I also recommend grabbing groceries on the way in so you have options for breakfast and lunch at the condo. For dinner, there are plenty of great restaurants within about a 30-minute drive.
If you have kids, I’d also suggest taking the ferry across the bay and exploring Dauphin Island. The Alabama Aquarium is a fun stop and worth the visit.
Overall, this is a great spot with a great host. We would absolutely stay here again.

The place was absolutely amazing my kids and I love it . Great view and look exactly like the pictures. We wanted to extend our stay while there how nice it was but someone had already booked it for the next day . Highly recommend great communication .

The cabin was nice and clean, just like the pictures show. The parking is tight if you were in a bigger vehicle. We love that the cabin was out of town but still close to town and in-between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge easy to go to either place. Kids loved all the games! Would recommend this place!

Nick’s cabin was the perfect place for our romantic getaway. The location was great—close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but still peaceful. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a weekend in the mountains. Highly recommend! 🏔️❤️
